THE ROLE & THE TEAM
As Sales Assistant (all genders) in part time (15h or 20h per week) you would be part of our fashion service team, which creates the perfect shopping experience for our customers with a good overview and attention to detail.

- You handle all of our checkout processes professionally and efficiently, process complaints and returns in no time at all and, as the last impression of the customers, ensure a great shopping experience.
- You identify with Zalando and our corporate goal of making the world more sustainable.
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF…
- Do you have experience in retail or dealing with customers? Wonderful. However, this is not a must.
- You are willing to support the team on Fridays and Saturdays as well.
- Knowledge of English or German is an advantage but not required
- You are actively interested in market trends.
